This Fourth of July we took it easy and it was so nice. Having a new baby just slows things down a bit. It was a really hot day but pretty windy so we did the whole parade thing, which we have to do for the kids but let me just say that Rexburg has the.most.LAME parade I’ve ever seen. We used to have great ones when Ricks College was here and everyone did floats. Now it’s just trucks and trailers and a million dance groups but oh well it’s not for me it is for the kids:) Then we went to lunch at Gringos with Broc’s parents. After that we let the kids play, had a BBQ with the Ferney family and then did our own fireworks show. We didn’t want to take Reese down to the IF ones this year and I’m glad we didn’t because of the wind. Over all it was a great year and the kids enjoyed all the fun!

Stadium of Fire for the Birthday Boy!
This year for Broc's birthday we headed down to Utah for the Stadium of Fire. Brad Paisley and David Archuleta were there. It was so much fun! His birthday is the 1st of July so that weekend of the 2nd we headed down with our friends, the Kerbs'. We never go to Utah anymore because the gas is just too expensive so this was about the only trip this summer we have made. It's crazy to think we used to make several trips to Utah in a summer. Things change when you have 3 kids too! We had a great time though and I hope Broc had a great birthday! He is the big 31! What an old man! haha
These big beach balls were going all over the stadium when he started singing, it was so fun!
Those are the crazy friends behind us that we went with;) Great friends make for some fun times!
I look SO nasty. It was like 100 degrees and we sat in the sun for the first little bit so we were so gross.
Me and the birthday boy!

{Father's Day}
For Fathers Day this year we went and spent the day up in Yellowstone Park. We picked up a pizza (that was SO good BTW) in West and drove into the park. We saw lots and lots of buffalo and a few elk but no bear...dang I really wanted to see some bears! We didn't drive in past Old Faithful though because we had Reese stay with Broc's mom. It was really fun though and the kids really enjoyed it. I hope we can do it again this year and drive further in.
Great Fathers Day overall! I think Broc enjoyed it;)

{First's...and Last's}
This is Payson's LAST time in the bouncer (which should have been 3 years ago) But he couldn't and can't resist trying any new toy that I bring out for Reese. He still loves to be babied....I mean, look at that face. How could i resist?
On the other hand, it was her first time in the bouncer! She didn't know what to think at first but now she is a pro. She talks and coos at her toys, it is so cute. She is such a sweet baby. And yes, she has red hair. Everyone asks where it came from. Broc's gma Genta had red hair. It's getting lighter though so i'm thinking it will go blonde like Payson's. He also had red hair when he was a baby but he didn't have very much hair at all! Reese is about 4 1/2 months old, a little over that actually but she is growing like a weed. She gets her 4 month shots tomorrow, which i have totally delayed getting because I do not want to take her:( Poor thing. Wish us luck!I could kiss those cheeks all day long!
{Happy 6th Brylee!}
I'm sorry my camera has not taken the best pics but here is a late post on Brylee's birthday which was June 3rd. She did a little friend party. We made bracelets and necklaces, painted nails, had pizza and played and had cake! She loved it! She has some cute friends. They were all so excited and had a blast! She is now the big 6! And she thinks its so great that she has a baby sister, she feels so big.
She got a new bike! and also a barbie projector. She loves anything art!
slap watch!
Making jewelry!
getting her nails painted!
She got spoiled from her cute friends!
Love you Brylee Jo!
{Payson's Graduation}
Our Sweet Payson graduated from his first year of Preschool in May. We love this little guy so much, they don't come much sweeter than him. He is so quiet and shy and tenderhearted but he is also super smart and is coming out of his shell more and more. He listened really well and has shared some fun things with us that he learned in Preschool. He gets to do 5 day a week preschool this year and he can't wait. We are so proud of you Pays!!!
