Vinyl lettering!
Isn't that the cutest!? I am so excited to finally have something on Brylee's wall. It was so big and bare so I needed something and thought vinyl would be great. I found someone is who awesome at doing it too! Thanks so much Brandi for doing this for me, it's just the right touch that her room needed. I am going to rearrange her room a little bit so I haven't put her name that you made up yet. If anyone is looking for vinyl lettering, Brandi does amazing! http://inspirationsbybrandipark.blogspot.com check out this site to see more!!!

Recipe's by Request....
I have had a couple chica's ask for recipe's and I have forgotten for so long now to get them to these girls (Megan and Nicole P.) so I thought it might just be easier to post them and then if anyone else wanted to try them they could! I love both of these things and I hope you girls enjoy them as well.
The first is called "Chicken Breast Supreme" but I just call it Swiss Cheese Chicken, so take your pick:)
- Spray 9x 13 inch pan with Pam.
- Lay skinned, boneless chicken breasts on bottom of pan (just do as many as will cover the bottom, maybe 6) Cover with slices of Swiss Cheese. (we get the swiss cheese sliced at the deli and we use quite a bit so get about 1 lb.)
- Mix together and pour over top of chicken and cheese:
-1 can cream of chicken soup
-1 can cream of celery soup
-1 cup sour cream
-2 Tbsp. orange juice - Sprinkle package of stovetop stuffing crumbs on top of chicken and soup mixture.
- Melt 1/2 a cube of butter and drizzle on top of crumbs.
- Cover dish tightly with foil. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours @ 350
(bake at 250 for 3 hours if gone, then turn up to 350 for a half hour)
*I got this one from my mother-in-law and she is the best cook! - The next recipe is a 7 Layer Dip......YUMM-O! I love this stuff and I could eat a whole plate by myself:) Here's to you Shawn and Megan since you live so far away and I can't make if for you anymore:
*I do my dip on two plates since it makes just enough for that, but some people put theirs in pans. - 1st Layer:
mix 1 can refried beans, 1 can frito's bean dip, and 1 small taco sauce. - 2nd Layer:
mash two to three avacado's and mix with 1 Cup sour cream and 1 Cup Mayo (make sure when you buy avacado's that they are fairly soft but not mushy or else they are too hard to mash) also you can put in a couple drops of lemon juice to help keep the avacados from going brown so fast. - 3rd Layer:
grated cheese, olives, green onion, and tomatoe!
really easy and so good! I have tried buying gaucamole and doing it with a layer of Sour cream but it's just not near as good to me. We like ours with Nacho Cheese Dorito's, tradition I guess with my fam but you use whatever chips ya want! I love good recipes so if anyone has some good ones please post them! I hope you enjoy these, let me know if you have questions cuz it's all kind of jumbled together cuz I couldn't get the spacing right for some reason. (enjoy the dip Shawn!)

Random pics....
Payson thinks I don't know where he is when he does this. So I say "Where's Payson?" and he yanks the curtains with a big smile thinking he has totally tricked me....Love it! He's so fun!!
These last few days at our house have been crazy, non-stop, no naps kind of days. We have been on the go constant it seems like. With me working two days a week, I seem to jam so much into the other days for us to do. The problem is that I haven't taken too many pics. Most of what we have been up to lately is hanging out with family. My sister Whitney is here for a week and she has 3 girls that Brylee loves to hang out with. I love it when we have family here to do stuff with cuz other wise I feel like I have to go alone to take the kids to do anything. We have let the kids swim at grandma's, we cooked out at grandma's, We went shopping and found some great deals at Linens n' Things (they are going out of business here) and Real Deals, and I had two bridal showers to go to this weekend for my good friend Rachel (and I am so happy for her to be getting married!) and while all this was taking place I was all alone with no hubby. Broc went to a softball tournament in Montana so he missed out on all the shopping, sorry bud;)! I know he had a blast though. I heard lots of crazy stories of drunk people and that their hotel had water that looked like chocolate milk....yuck! That's what they showered in!! That's why I just stay home from those events. Those are my events from the last few days so I thought I would just share a few random pics since I haven't been posting them individually.

4th of July Fun!
We had a such a fun but busy 4th of July! We woke up and went to the parade and we got to sit with Brylee's cousins and both granparents so that was nice. Brylee sat on a little chair right on the street by Jake and Gage and she didn't move the whole parade! We were in shock cuz that never happens. She loved it and wanted to go to another one! Then we ate at Craigos for lunch and then I took the kids to nap while Broc went on a horse ride with my dad. Then that night we went to the rodeo, which is my favorite thing to do! I love to watch but I also love the food:) We had a great time and we stayed after to watch the fireworks, they don't compare to the I.F. one's but Brylee sure thought they were neat. Then we came home and lit more fireworks with Broc's sister Shurron and her family. And after all this fun we were exausted! I love the 4th of July it is my favorite holiday next to Christmas. I am very grateful for our Country and for being able to be FREE! Hope everyone else had a great 4th too!!!
Horse ride....
My cute cowboy trottin' along
Brylee loves to ride with dad!
Well I think we may have found a passion of Brylee's that just might beat princesses! She is obsessed (to put it lightly) with riding horses. We have enjoyed being able to take her out to grandpa's and letting her just ride bare back around but the other night we loaded up the horses and took them out to a friends arena so Broc could work on them a little since they are so out of shape. We just rode around for a little while until we started getting eaten by misquitos! I love to ride so I look forward to many more rides this summer. Today Broc told me that this was the only thing we had in common was riding horses! Sad huh!!!??? He laughed cuz really we are very different.
